Founder and CEO
You could say Pamela Jabbour has grown up alongside Total Image Group.
With a front-row seat to her father’s business success, she was impatient to get started on her vision to change the way Australians look at uniforms.
In 2005, straight out of university, she started the long journey to overnight success. Backed by a crystal clear vision for fashion-forward uniforms and pure entrepreneurial grit, she took a leap into the unknown.
Pamela could see the Australian uniform industry was long overdue for a fresh perspective, and that TIG could be an agent of change. They would create uniforms that told a story, were fashionable, and were fit for purpose.
The vision was always bigger than just supplying uniforms – our designs are an extension of a brand’s message and personality that instills pride, boosts morale and creates a sense of community and shared success among staff. we believe that uniforms should be stylish and sophisticated without compromising on functionality and comfort.
Through Pamela’s leadership and forethought, Total Image Group has instigated industries to re-look at how their brand is represented on their people. Today, Total Image Group is an award-winning, multimillion dollar and 100% family-owned business, respected for their values and the impact they have on companies and their people & culture. Over 300,000 Australians are dressed by Total Image Group per day.
After over a decade of success in the uniform industry, Pamela decided to pursue her love of design and fashion by launching her own clothing label: Capsule Collection Wardrobe.
