The Brief
To create an official uniform for the 2018 Winter Olympics Australian Team that represents Australia and suitable for the conditions.
Design
Total Image Group was the first uniform company to ever be chosen to design and manufacture the official Winter Olympic uniform for 2018. The formal wear was worn at events and at the initial reception in PyeongChang. Total Image Group created a uniform that reflected a modern and fresh look that radiated team confidence with timeless tailored pieces made from the best Australian materials.
Total Image Group took into consideration the demographic and climate and incorporated the personality of the team with the key factors being
– Comfortable, contemporary styling
– Caters to a variety of shapes and sizes
– Looks tidy and has easy care properties for travel
– A uniform the team will be proud to wear
“It’s an honour to be chosen to dress the Australian Olympic Team at the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang,” said Total Image Group CEO Pamela Jabbour. “The objective with the design was to focus on Winter tones and do something totally different whilst still strongly representing Australia. The Launch
The range was formally unveiled at an official Winter Olympic Launch party with all uniforms modelled by Australian Olympians.
