The Brief
Total Image was engaged by Prestige Inhome Care (PIHC) for the design of their new uniform range.
PIHC had limited experience regarding a complete end-to-end uniform roll out with multi-location management, so it was vital for TIG to work closely with PIHC from the very beginning. Initial planning meetings conducted by TIG successfully identified all needs and developed a detailed brief of requirements.
Key touchpoints
Total Image Group worked like an extension of the PICH organisation, with the goal of ensuring that PICH could feel comfortable contacting us for any uniform questions or concerns throughout the design process. With this close liaison, TIG was able to design a custom scrub top that met all of PICH’s desired requirements: a fit-for-purpose garment that also appropriately represented their brand. Additionally, several complementary off-the-shelf products worked seamlessly to create a complete range.
Focus Groups and feedback
We worked together with PIHC and their staff, inviting them to participate in our meetings and provide valuable feedback at all design and development stages. This included fabric and colour swatch approvals, cut and styles, and live samples.
After a final design was confirmed, we conducted an online staff survey to accurately determine all size and quantity requirements.
Marketing Support
To complete the launch, Total Image Group assisted with the creation of a uniform policy that was distributed to all staff.
A dedicated online uniform store was developed and email communication with all required details was sent to staff to provide clear and concise instructions on how to order their uniform, as well as provide a visual display of their new look.
