We’re Winners!

TIG Had Plenty to Celebrate at the Family Business Excellence Awards.

We’re excited to share that Total Image Group is the 2022 NSW recipient of the Family Business Excellence Award for Medium Business! What an incredible honour.

The award recognises the achievements of family businesses and the significant contribution they make to the community, economy, and society. Presented to one small, medium and large family business in each region, the award uplifts businesses who are exemplary in not only a broad business sense, but also displays how family ownership and involvement has helped the business to achieve a competitive advantage.

Total Image Group was built on the strength of family, and that is reflected in everything that we are and everything that we continue to do. We grew from the dreams and determination of a 21-year-old working out of her father’s office, who was passionate about injecting fashion into the uniform industry. Our CEO and Founder, Pamela Jabbour established and expanded TIG with the support of her dad George, and husband Tony (both of whom remain core members of our business today!).

Now, 17 years later, we’ve definitely proven that uniforms are a whole lot more than just drab aprons and ill-fitting polos. We use our unique design capabilities and industry know-how to provide custom uniforms to Australian businesses large and small, by getting to know their business, their people, and their values, because we care so much about what we do. Pam, George and Tony, along with our tight-knit TIG team (who are practically family too!), have watched this little uniform business flourish, and we couldn’t be prouder of the company that we are today.

Thank you to Family Business Australia for recognising Total Image Group’s accomplishments as a proud family business. We’re looking forward to many more years of TIG Excellence to come!

Not the Only Win of the Day

The Family Business Excellence Awards was the grand finale to an outstanding day spent at the Family Business Australia and New Zealand State Conference 2022.

There, our TIG representatives had the privilege of listening to some of the leading voices in Family Business talk to their experiences and tell their stories. We heard from businesses like Chas Clarkson, Beak and Johnston and Sonder as they shared their knowledge, tips, and advice about running a company with the people who are closest to you.

The highlight was our very own CEO Pamela Jabbour appearing for a Q&A session at the NSW Leading Women in Family Business Morning Tea. She offered an insightful and deeply engaging look into what it takes to build a business stitch by stitch, after having done it straight out of university as a young female entrepreneur.

The reception to her talk was extremely positive (of course!), as Pam expertly told her story, covering the early years of TIG, the challenges, the achievements, and where the company is today.

Congratulations to Pam, and to Total Image Group, for an outstanding day celebrating Family Business!

Who is TIG

Total Image Group was founded on the basis that workwear in Australia had become generic and uninspiring. We’ve changed all that.

We believe corporate uniforms should never be boring.
