The Brief
Cater Care is an industry-leading contract catering, accommodation and facility management service provider to a range of clients across Australia. In 2014, they were embarking on a company-wide rebrand. They needed a uniform supplier that could help them define a look that upholds their brand values, creates consistency within their operations and differentiates them in their industry. Total Image Group was able to provide flexible and proactive service and created a versatile uniform that Cater Care employees are still proud to wear to this day.
Custom and Versatile
Cater Care provide a wide range of services across Australia, offering everything from corporate catering, to Education menu plans, to remote site management. This means that a large staff need to be prepared and properly dressed for a variety of roles and workplaces. Total Image Group created a uniform range that is adaptable and fit for purpose.
The range includes a mix of stock and custom-designed pieces in the signature Cater Care charcoal and green. This includes polos, berets, aprons, jackets and shirts. Total Image was also able to cater to the more specific safety needs of staff entering potentially hazardous sites, with fire resistant workwear and hi-vis. For corporate and office staff, custom shirts with subtle touches of Cater Care green are a point of pride that effectively communicates the essence of the brand.
Proactive Service
Cater Care’s diverse range of services means that their needs are constantly changing. They require a flexible and forward-thinking uniform company that can accurately anticipate requirements for new roles, staff numbers and locations. This requires strict stock management, and a consistent supply of the custom fabric designed by Total Image in order to create a large quantity their custom garments on demand.
With operations across all of Australia, Total Image Group designed a unique online store for Cater Care that allowed managers to order for their specific area as and when they need. This requires a well-maintained and accurate site, as staff are generally unable to try anything on before ordering. Total Image provides detailed size charts and product descriptions to assist with this. Products are then shipped to Cater Care central offices in NSW, VIC, QLD, TAS, SA & WA.
