The Jabbour Expertise

George Jabbour, the founder of Tradebond and father of Pamela Jabbour, brings 40 years of expertise in manufacturing. His journey began in Sydney, where he first entered the ragtrade, specialising in the wholesale import and export of garments. Today, George serves as Chairman of Total Image Group (TIG).

2005

A Leap of Faith

Pamela Jabbour’s passion for fashion was shaped by her family, who took great pride in their appearance and loved dressing up for every occasion. Fresh out of university at just 20 years old, she combines this generational love for fashion with the rising demand for corporate uniforms, seizing the opportunity to make her mark in the industry by founding Image Designer Workwear.

2006

First Contract Secured

With a fierce determination to break into the uniform industry and create fashionable, fit-for-purpose designs, Pamela embarks on a steep learning curve—cold calling companies to attract and secure clients. After 12 months of relentless persistence, she achieves her first breakthrough: a deal to produce 100 polo shirts for Majestic Cinema.

The Marketing Evolution

Setting a new industry standard, Pamela introduces marketing tools such as photoshoots and fashion shows to showcase new uniforms in a way that engages and excites staff—transforming their perceptions of uniforms from a simple workplace necessity to a celebrated expression of company culture.

2007

First Fit-Out

Through her creative approaches, Pam secures a major contract with Snowy Hydro and hits the road for her first-ever fit-out.

2008

3's A Charm

Within three years, with a team of just three, Pamela propels Image Designer Workwear into the big league, securing a contract with Big W to supply uniforms for 25,000 employees across 180 stores.

2009

The Year of Transformation and Milestones

In 2009, the company undergoes a major transformation, rebranding as Total Image Group (TIG). Under Pamela’s leadership, the business makes bold strides, achieving key milestones, including the takeover  of Tradebond’s China manufacturing team to enhance TIG’s capabilities. Additionally, TIG secures the Woolworths contract to redesign uniforms for Woolworths Petrol and Woolworths Supermarkets. This contract serves 120,000 employees across 900 locations nationwide, solidifying Total Image Group as a trusted and admired uniform supplier.

2014

TIG Soars to New Heights

With the increasing demand for stylish, functional uniforms, Pamela drives TIG’s growth by relocating to a larger office space in Marrickville. This move opens an exciting new chapter in the company’s journey, proving that stylish uniforms are here to stay and sets the stage for even greater success ahead.

 2016-2017

Expanding the Family

With growth comes strength, and TIG embraces its reach by acquiring Action Corp, welcoming top-tier talent and valuable clients. As the team expands to 33 staff, TIG breaks into various industries with key projects, including outfitting FORD’s 2016 staff and the 2017 Australian Winter Olympics Team.

2018

Embracing Tradition and Heritage through Custom, Contemporary Uniforms

Designing custom uniforms for the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) is an exciting opportunity for TIG to integrate functionality, style, and the rich heritage of one of Australia’s most iconic sports venues. Drawing inspiration from the timeless ‘Varsity’ aesthetic, TIG creates a collection that goes beyond tradition, embracing a modern design that symbolises the past, present, and future of Australian sporting culture. This project showcases TIG’s ability to make custom uniforms both a tribute to history and a statement for the future.

2019

Elevating Uniforms with E-Commerce

To enhance accessibility and convenience as a uniform supplier, TIG introduces e-commerce capabilities to streamline client ordering. Beyond just providing uniforms, TIG delivers a seamless, all-in-one solution, allowing organisations to focus on what truly matters.

2022

Pushing Boundaries with RSPCA, Allianz, and Goodstart

Taking on even greater challenges, TIG opens its arms to a diverse range of clients with RSPCA, Allianz Stadium, and Good Start coming on board. These partnerships represent more than just new business ventures—they reflect TIG’s unwavering commitment to social responsibility, innovation, and community engagement. By supplying uniforms that reflect the compassionate work of RSPCA, the sporting professionalism of Allianz Stadium, and the nurturing environment of GoodStart, TIG tailors each uniform with attention to detail, comfort, and style to help organisations present a polished image, with uniforms that are as unique and purposeful as the teams who wear them.

2022-2024

Bigger Wins for Women and Australian-Owned Businesses

Sweeping in victories and earning national recognition, TIG cements its reputation as an industry leader. In 2022, the Bonza airline uniform—Pamela’s first airline uniform design—wins the prestigious APPA Award for Design, highlighting TIG’s commitment to innovation. That same year, TIG also receives the FBA NSW Medium Business Award, further showcasing its excellence in the industry.

The success continues in 2024, with Pamela winning CEO in Manufacturing, at the Executive of the Year Awards, reinforcing her influence and championing the success of Australian, female-owned businesses.

2025
